Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
4 tablespoons Cream of Tartar
1 cup salt
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups water
Food colouring and optional, glitter, sparkle stars etc
How to
- Add ingredients with 1 cup boiled water and 1 cup of cold water, mix all contents.
- Knead the dough with food colouring and sparkles.
- Place into a tightly sealed container.
