With 16 years of dedicated service at Aussie Adventures, our Nominated Supervisor is a highly experienced and passionate early childhood professional. As a qualified teacher and Senior Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), she brings strong leadership, extensive knowledge and a genuine commitment to supporting children, families and educators to thrive.
Our Queensland Approved Kindergarten is led by a highly qualified Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader with over six years’ experience in early childhood education. She is passionate about providing children with engaging, meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity, independence and a genuine love of learning.
Working closely with our educators and families, she supports each child’s school readiness and transition to school, helping children develop the social, emotional, communication and learning skills they need to confidently take their next big step. As our Educational Leader, she also inspires, mentors and coaches our educators, sharing her knowledge and supporting our team to continually grow and deliver high-quality learning experiences for every child.
Her passion, exceptional knowledge and commitment to early childhood education have also been recognised through the Dean’s Honour List for Academic Excellence Award, reflecting her dedication to professional learning and excellence in her field. We are incredibly proud to have her leading our Kindergarten program.
Our Pre-Kindergarten program is led by a dedicated Lead Educator who has been a valued member of the Aussie Adventures team for over 5 years. She brings a warm nurturing approach to the room and is passionate about
creating a safe and engaging environment where children can build confidence, develop independence and learn through play.
She works closely with our Early Childhood Teach and Lead Educator to support each child’s development and ensure they are building the confidence, independence, social skills and learning foundations they need to make a smooth transition into our Queensland Approved Kindergarten.
Her experience, consistency and caring nature make her a wonderful support for our children as they take these important next steps in their early learning journey.
Our Nursery and Toddler Rooms are supported by a team of highly qualified Lead Educators with a combined 13+ years’ experience at Aussie Adventures. Their extensive experience and genuine passion for working with our youngest children create a warm, nurturing and secure environment where children can feel safe, loved and confident as they begin their early learning journey.
We understand that every child develops in their own unique way, and our educators take the time to know each child, respond to their individual needs and interests, and provide plenty of learning through play, exploration and connection, For our youngest adventurers, every cuddle, conversation, discovery and little achievement matters.
Our qualified School Care Lead Educator has been a valued part of Aussie Adventures family for over three years, bringing experience, warmth and a genuine passion for working with school-aged children. She is incredibly approachable and caring, building wonderful relationships with the children and creating an environment where they feel comfortable, valued and heard.
With our dedicated School Care room and outdoor yard, she created a space where children can relax, play, connect and have fun. She also gives children a genuine voice in their experiences, involving them in planning of our Vacation Care programs and following the MTOP planning approach, where activities and experiences are shaped around children’s interests, ideas and creativity.
